Where is Toyverse based?

Toyverse operates in Australia and prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise shown.

How do I find products for a particular game?

Use the Shop by Universe navigation to browse Pokémon, One Piece, Union Arena, Weiss Schwarz, Dragon Ball Super and Yu-Gi-Oh. You can also use the search bar to find a specific product or set.

Will I receive tracking?

Where tracking is available, the details will be emailed after your order has been prepared for dispatch.

Can I change my shipping address?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will help where we can, but an address may not be changeable once an order has entered processing.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email info@toyverse.com.au with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
